JOB TITLE: DECOMMISSIONING PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTRACTOR (12-Month Contract)
Scope of Services:
Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:
1. Act as project management focal point with authority within the limits of the project parameters
2. Interact regularly with project sponsors and stakeholders
3. Develop appropriate project management strategies for to ensure ‘fit for purpose’ delivery with a decommissioning mindset
4. Facilitate and lead the creation of task/project budgets, work breakdown structures, high level estimates, task prioritization and integrated plans
5. In collaboration with Supply Chain Management, responsible for the development and implementation of contracting strategies to support the delivery of projects
6. Coordinate, resolve, or assist in resolution of conflicts and other issues on the project and recommend/provide solutions
7. Facilitate and enable collaborations between functions and service lines to optimise performance
8. Facilitate, and participate in the planning process and provide input for decisions effecting facility engineering, procurement and execution phases
9. Accountable for competently performing assigned project tasks without supervision
10. Work as a project team member or a member of the project personnel
11. May perform duties of an Engineering Technical Support Specialist
12. Able to analyze, diagnose and use project management tools and professional judgement to resolve discreet problems at a senior project management level
13. Appraise the relevant client focal point of the performance of the project element
14. Ensure that project delivery team work to the Project Execution Plan and support the risk management and management of change process during project delivery
15. Maintain regular communication with Engineering, Construction and Delivery leads where necessary within the wider project delivery process
16. Play an active role in supporting Petrofac drive to digitally enhance delivery methods
17. Ensure effective use of Petrofac Decommissioning Delivery Framework in the management and discharge of Project activities.
Accountability for Deliverables:
Services should be provided to enable production of the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.
