Are you a creative Presentation Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers a daily rate between £ and £, along with the flexibility of hybrid working!
As an intermediate-level Presentation Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in creating compelling presentations, information memoranda, and live deal materials. Collaborating with project coordinators and internal clients, you will ensure their messaging is visually excellent and aligned with their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce marketing materials and senior-level presentations using MS Office to an advanced level
Provide presentation support to seniors in our client's markets business
Work closely with presentation specialists and designers in the Presentation Design Department, benefiting from ongoing training and support
Contribute to the production of creative PowerPoint output and visual solutions
Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards
Complete necessary administrative tasks for accurate work billing and job tracking
Maintain quality control of your own work
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of presentation support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, preferably within a financial institution
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional)
