It is not a requirement that you an experienced recruitment consultant, but an expert in the sector who can bring insight and fresh ideas into bring in the best talent to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation for potential HGV drivers using different platforms, including social media, LinkedIn, referrals and the internal database.
* Building relationships with internal customers.
* Designing and delivering recruitment campaigns.
* In-depth understanding of transferrable skills.
* Maintaining accurate records of employee details, qualifications and training.
* High-volume call handling.
* Screening applicants and being the first contact they have with the business.
* Booking inductions, medicals, assessments & training.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as the marketing department, to promote the business values and culture and create compelling, accurate content in campaigns.
* Support the transport managers to understand their requirements.
* Ensure 100% driver compliance.
To Be Successful:
* Must have in-depth experience into the HGV sector - sound understanding of the client group, acronyms and market challenges.
* Personable with excellent communication and people-skills.
* Confident team player with high levels of integrity.
* Highly organised and a strong administrator.
* Natural ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Competent using MS Office including excel.
* Genuine drive to make a positive impact on the business.
