This position will be a dual role of software and internal IT support offering a diverse, challenging workload whilst working in a supportive and performing environment. Duties will include: Software Support Troubleshooting and issue resolution Incident management User training Technical & software support Hardware & Software maintenance IT/Desktop Support 1st and 2nd line IT Support System configuration and administration Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing IT security awareness and maintenance Work closet with the DevOps team This role will require the successful candidate to participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and address critical IT issues as they arise, our client offers an enhanced rate for this.
