Job Description
Helping Care Professionals Succeed
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Training & Support Team Leader to support, develop, and empower our Care Professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our team has the skills, confidence, and knowledge to provide outstanding care.
What You’ll Do:
1. Deliver high-quality Learning & Development training for all new Care Professionals.
2. Complete on-the-job competency assessments to maintain high standards.
3. Ensure all Care Professionals receive regular refresher training.
4. Provide ongoing support, supervision, and annual appraisals.
5. Monitor staff welfare, morale, and well-being.
6. Organise team meetings and social events to promote a strong team culture.
7. Ensure compliance with training records and employee documentation.
8. Participate in shared on-call duties as needed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
1. Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
2. Strong knowledge of the health and social care sector.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Ability to support, motivate, and develop others.
5. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
6. IT literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
7. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
8. Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.

This is a full-time, on-site role, working Monday to Friday with a requirement for flexibility to work weekends.
