Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Graduate. In this role, you will work closely with the CX Manager, with a particular focus on enhancing the experiences of both our installers and consumers. You will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and identifying key trends in customer feedback across various touchpoints.
Your main duties will include maintaining a central overview of all improvement actions, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress, and actively participating in multiple monthly CX Clinics with customer-facing departments. You will collaborate with internal departments to enhance Customer Journeys, identifying and eliminating pain points to improve overall satisfaction.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Customer Journey Mapping Workshops.
Qualifications

* Have strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
* Have a data analytical & problem-solving mindset.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
* Have ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Have investigative skills which can be applied to finding out about the latest and most liked Customer Experiences and what systems enable them.
* Have good overall standards of literacy and numeracy.
* Be IT literate and proficient in MS Excel.

Expected Start Date: 01 May 2025
Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
