Position: Reception Administrator
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (typically 08:30 to 17:00 with a lunch break, flexible)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Reception Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and core office administration duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently run the reception area, including answering incoming telephone calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
* Greet all visitors and maintain the reception area as a welcoming and tidy space.
* Process invoices, manage calendars, file, archive, and handle goods-in and out paperwork.
* Assist with organizing travel arrangements during high work volumes or team absences.
* Raise purchase orders (POs) and order office supplies, ensuring all invoices are approved and sent to accounts for processing and recorded on budget sheets.
