Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* General advisory guidance and support to functional line managers on Company processes and procedures
* Employee Relations case management: experience of supporting Investigations, Absence Management, Ill Health Capability, Performance Management, this will include supporting the HR Business Partners with case work
* Facilitating new starter inductions
* Completing interim (new starter) and exit interviews
* Producing, interpreting and managing information and reports as required in order to support business requirements
* Continuous Improvement, identifying process improvements with the HR Function
* Other ad hoc duties and project work required to support the business and HR team to include developing & reviewing Management guides on HR processes
Your skills and experiences:
* Previous HR advisor level experience
* CIPD Qualified
* A practical knowledge of Human Resources processes and administrative procedures
* Experience of employment legislation and best practice
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with managers and staff across all levels of the organisation
* Confidentiality, honesty and integrity
* Good organisational and prioritisation skills
