Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within Women's and Children's Division at Watford General Hospital. We are friendly, hard-working team of administrative, nursing and medical staff. We are looking for an experienced Patient services Officer who is a self-motivated and committed person, to work as part of our busy team in our back office. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and I.T skills, and the ability to prioritise workload and be able to work with limited supervision. Main duties of the job Reception & ANC cover, making/rescheduling appointments, cashing up clinics. Puling/ordering notes, printing clinic lists & prepping for clinics. General filing. Tracking notes & printing labels. To ensure patient data is accurate & up to date. To undertake any other administrative duties as directed by The Senior Office Manager.
