About the role
We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and passionate senior leader to become Head of Service for Corporate Parenting. This portfolio includes services to cared for children, Next Chapter Service for Care experienced young people, Fostering and a link and support to Adoption Now.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence service development and improvement and to work as part a highly motivated and supportive senior leadership team. The Head of Service will play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious plans to improve services to children, young people, their families and carers.
We are looking for an individual with experience of leading Corporate Parenting services and of supporting service development, improvement, and transformation.
The Head of Service for Corporate Parenting will report to Linda Evans, Director of Social Care and Family Help.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to flexibly outside of these hours to meet family’s needs.
