PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR: The Head of Private Client will lead and expand the department, covering Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts. You will oversee client service, team management, business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be key in shaping the department's future, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.
