Duties include allocating work to team members, creating rotas, supporting staff and monitoring performance to ensure the service is delivered as required during your shift. Monitor sickness absence in line with policy, monitor annual leave and undertake appraisals. The successful candidate will be able to work in a calm, organised way with the ability to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. You must be confident, friendly and able to work in a very busy and demanding environment against extremely tight deadlines. Previous knowledge and experience of working in a similar environment is desirable.
