About the Role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Human Resources Administrator? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch administrative services. You will be the guardian of our HR, payroll, and staff development data, ensuring it’s accurately recorded, securely stored, and efficiently maintained. Your expertise will be essential as you manage our systems, including CHRIS, and provide valuable information and advice.
As part of our responsive and customer-focused HR service, you'll contribute to the creation of insightful management reports that drive informed decisions and shape our people policies.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Become the go-to expert for our HR and Payroll Information System (CHRIS), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
2. Collaborate closely with the HR and Staff Development Department, offering your support and expertise.
3. Assist in generating insightful management information that helps identify trends and informs HR strategies.
4. Take charge of maintaining accurate data within the CHRIS system.
5. Be the friendly first point of contact in our HR Office, ready to assist with any enquiries.
6. Provide seamless administrative support, from managing post and typing documents to organising personal information and handling phone calls.

7. Experience: You bring recent and relevant experience in administration, ready to hit the ground running.
8. Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring flawless data management and documentation.
9. Communication Skills: Your strong written and verbal communication skills make you a natural at connecting with others.
10. Organisational Skills: You excel at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, keeping everything running smoothly.
11. Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, always ready to support your colleagues.
12. IT Proficiency: You're proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software, ensuring you can handle any task with ease.

We have two positions available: one at North Lindsey College in Scunthorpe, and one at Doncaster College.
