The role includes undertaking Healthy Child Programme transitional assessments and planning, delivering and evaluating public health initiatives through school and community-based health promotion activities. The role will require you to adhere to Safeguarding policies and actively engage under the supervision from a SCPHN in safeguarding processes and meetings. You will work in partnership with other agencies and develop, participate and maintain interagency networks.
