As a member of the team, your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Global Content Strategy - Develop and bring to life a global content strategy that speaks to individuals and businesses.
2. Brand guardianship – Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all channels.
3. Content Creation – Create a variety of content aligning with both our B2B and B2C brands, from blog posts and videos to case studies and podcasts weaving in storytelling into each format to engage audiences.
4. Localisation Collaboration: Work with regional teams and external partners to adapt content so it connects with different cultures and audiences.
5. Design and Visual Content Creation – Utilise design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to produce visually compelling content including creating high-quality videos.
6. SEO Optimisation - Produce content with a conversational yet strategic approach to SEO, making sure our content ranks well for targeted keywords and meets our audience’s search intent.
7. Content Performance Reporting - Track and report on global content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite so we are always learning and improving.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Excellent copywriting skills - you know how to connect with people through words.
2. Lived experience of disability or chronic illness, or a strong understanding of accessibility barriers and the Social Model of Disability.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, along with video creation and editing skills.
4. Comfortable working in a collaborative and global environment.
5. Proficiency in a second language would be highly advantageous, supporting effective communication with diverse, multicultural audiences.

Interview process:
1. Stage 1 – Begin with a 60-minute discovery call with the Marketing manager and Director of Consumer Engagement to explore the role and discuss initial expectations.
2. Stage 2 – Move on to an in-depth interview with members of the Executive Leadership Team, offering a deeper dive into your experience and alignment with the company’s goals.
3. Stage 3 – The final step is a 60-minute interview with key managers and team members you’ll collaborate with, focusing on team dynamics and role-specific responsibilities.
