Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development:
Collaborate with employers to understand workforce needs and tailor apprenticeship offerings accordingly.
Financial & accountancy
Teaching & early years
2. Partnership Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with businesses and employers in company-focused sectors.
Engage with local communities and industry stakeholders to promote apprenticeships.
3. Sales and Marketing:
Achieving KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
Develop marketing strategies to promote apprenticeship programs to potential candidates and employers.
Conduct outreach activities, including presentations and workshops, to raise awareness about apprenticeship opportunities.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that apprenticeship programs comply with relevant legislation and quality standards.
Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed based on feedback and performance metrics.
5. Support and Guidance:
Act as a point of contact for apprentices, employers, and training providers throughout the program.
Required Qualifications:
1. Proven success in apprenticeship recruitment and/or FE programme recruitment.
2. Proven experience in business development, program management, or a related area.
3. Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and labour market needs.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and reporting.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
