Senior HR Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally successful organisation with a passion for providing the best service to colleagues and stakeholders, supporting both the HR team and the wider business. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week with 2 days required on-site per week.
Responsibilities
* Manage critical HR administrative tasks involving HR queries, onboarding, training, recruitment, and leavers paperwork.
* Prepare and issue relevant employee correspondence.
* Analyze and manage complex manager and employee-related requests.
* Create and maintain employee files.
* Administer monthly payroll input and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will have strong prior experience within an HR administration setting, supporting the full HR lifecycle, general HR administration, and payroll administration. A fantastic team player, you will work closely with the HR Manager and wider stakeholders in this fast-paced, progressive environment. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, with strong IT and database skills.
