Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Register team.
2. Assist in processing applications for housing and maintaining accurate records.
3. Respond to inquiries from applicants and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Generate reports and maintain data integrity within our housing management systems.
6. Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a local authority or housing setting, is desirable.
