Part-Time 18 hours per week: Wednesdays or Thursdays and Every Friday and Saturday

What a typical day will look like:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for personal and business banking customers within the branch and supporting customers through our digital transformation.
2. Supporting customers across a variety of channels including in person, telephone and secure messages.
3. Identifying and addressing customer's needs.
4. Cash management control.
5. Utilizing various internal systems to update customer records.
6. Encouraging customers to schedule an appointment with our dedicated Personal Banking Team to discuss additional products and services.
7. Protecting and educating customers against fraud and scams.
8. Engaging with customers from various backgrounds including those who may be vulnerable.
9. Working towards personal/team targets and objectives.
10. Adhering to day to day regulatory and compliance requirements.
11. Working as part of a team, sharing and identifying ways to improve the service provided by the branch.
12. Participating in community outreach work and charity projects.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
1. Previous experience gained within a customer service environment is essential (knowledge of cash handling would be advantageous).
2. A passion for excellent customer service with a positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach.
3. Proven success in achieving targets, objectives or deadlines.
4. Computer literate with the ability to navigate quickly and confidently around multiple systems whilst speaking to customers.
5. Proficiency in assisting customers from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable individuals.
6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
