We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Business Account Manager (NAM/SNAM levels) to join an international and well established business. In this role, you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of key customer accounts within the Wholesale Out of Home market, managing two of our biggest clients. These accounts will require a lot of cross functional work internally and stakeholder management within your clients'.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and take responsibility for the customer P&L.
* Achieve the target level of new distribution points across the customer portfolio and through new business opportunities.
* Monitor and analyze customer performance.
* Drive growth and profit by setting clear objectives through Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
* Build strong, effective relationships through stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
* Execute Global Customer strategies in the market for priority customers, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial frameworks and timelines.
Experience needed:
* Previous experience working in a sales function, with proven record of growing your accounts and building trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
* Ideally you will have worked in Food Services and managed contract catering and wholesalers accounts. FMCG experience is a must.
* Confident at managing budgets, building JBPs and analysing clients' performance
