We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Inventory Specialist to join our team to work with and support our Distributors across EMEA.
Our Distribution Inventory Specialist will take ownership of our Distributors and will manage inventory together with our Distribution team.
This role will require high analytical proficiency, being able to act on conducted analysis as well as being able to build and maintain relationships with our Distributors across the region. Great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Own the relationship and is the face of Zebra with the distributors
* Proactively analyse inventory data and create action plans
* Support the distributors with inventory management, stock levels, and overall inventory health
* Act as the facilitator and liaison person between the distributors and Zebra’s sales team
* Support distribution operational personnel with any issues related to orders, supply chain/logistics, reporting
* Educate distributors on inventory management and product availability
* Ensure a continuous update on product changes and new product launches
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
* Continuously update knowledge on company products and services to effectively address customer needs
Qualifications:
* Previous experience from data analysis using Excel and PowerBi (data manipulation, trend analysis)
* Self-driven and proactive
* Highly confident and good communicator
* Good in building and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders
* Ability to act on analysed trends
* Previous experience from Order Management, Stock Management or Supply Chain is a plus
