What You'll Be Doing:
1. Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for HR & Transformation contract talent, giving both clients and candidates the VIP treatment.
2. Building relationships with our UK client network, demonstrating why we're the go-to partner for scaling their teams.
3. More than just placements: you'll be supporting candidates from application to onboarding, building relationships that last.
4. Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs inside and out.
5. Sharing your successes (our marketing team will help you build your personal brand).
6. Getting involved in the UK transformation scene, from events to webinars.
What You'll Need:
1. Proven 360 Perm/Contract experience, including new business development.
2. Ideally, experience in a vertical market.
3. A genuine passion for connecting with candidates and staying ahead of recruitment trends.
4. Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
5. Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and an open mind.
6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality.
7. Familiarity with Google Workspace (we're a Google shop).
8. A commitment to inclusive workplaces.
9. Bonus points for karaoke skills, a good sense of humour, and being a genuinely good person.
