Job Description
Covering a patch from Cheshire to Scotland - you’ll work on a range of projects, benefiting from strong support from the central project team, and you’ll have the chance to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
This role allows you to directly contribute to ISS’s success, with responsibility for ensuring projects are on budget, on time, and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage live and upcoming projects across multiple sites
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to completion and handover
* Ensure strict adherence to governance, Health & Safety standards, and commercial compliance
* Manage small to medium-sized construction projects (valued between £200k and £1 million), including asset replacements, minor office refurbishments, and capital projects
About You:
* Extensive Project Management Experience in either the Facilities Management (FM) or Construction sector
* Proven track record in high class delivery of working on small to medium sized projects from £200k to £1 million
* Excellent presentation skills
* Proven stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project planning, requirements for planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
* Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft 365, MS Project etc
* Excellent communicator in both spoken and written word
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree, HND, or equivalent technical qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Recognised project management certification (e.g., AMP, PMP, PRINCE2)
* Experience with Monday.com (preferred but not essential)
Training Options:
* For candidates needing support with specific systems, internal training on project management software and operational procedures can be provided
* Courses on advanced stakeholder engagement, presentation skills, and Health & Safety compliance can also be arranged if necessary
