Are you looking for a role with autonomy and the resources to make an impact through an effective Change function? We are working with a market-leading organisation based in the Cotswolds who are recruiting for a newly created Head of Change to join the team.
This is a permanent role paying up to £100,000 plus car allowance, with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering strategic transformation change programmes across the business, supporting new and ongoing wider organisational initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build out a new centralised Change team and lead on the business's first ever Change and Programme Delivery function. Key responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop change programmes to fulfil company strategy and business objectives across operations, process and people
2. Deliver and design company wide change strategy to multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring change that is inclusive and effective
3. Lead ongoing development of company's programme management structure and process
4. Build strong relationships with all business units and key stakeholders
5. Manage programme delivering and ensuring governance and accurate reporting of large-scale projects
About You
6. Proven Change Manager or Head of Change who has led and continuously developed organisational change programmes
7. Programme Management expertise with ability to manage large complex projects
8. Knowledge of Change Management methodologies, tools and techniques such as ProSci
9. Experience of influencing wider business change across operations, people, systems and process
