As a Finance Assistant you will play a central role within our Finance Operations team, and it will be your responsibility to provide support for financial processes on an accurate and timely basis.
Our Operations team consists of over 50 staff members and is responsible for processing payments and refunds for our customers and for dealing with receipts and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
+ Delivering team activities.
+ Investigating and resolving account/ledger discrepancies.
+ Completing and inputting general journals.
+ Providing information and advice to customers.
+ Documenting files for audit purposes.
