Senior Social Worker – MASH– Berkshire – Salary up to £54,500
Liquid Personnel are looking for a Social Worker who is passionate about promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing and interest of children to join a busy Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH team). Within this role you will bring together agencies and their information, in order to identify risks to and the needs of children at the earliest possible stage and respond with the most effective and joined up cases.
Please note, the MASH team is required to work from the office every day.

What can you expect from this role?
6. You will promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of the children or young people at all times throughout all aspects of your work
7. You will be responsible for managing an independent workload, ensuring legislative requirements are met to a high standard and within the required timescale
8. You will act as a senior professional, using your knowledge and experience to support the team with their work
9. You will take responsibility for a student working for the authority and carry out supervision alongside the Assistant Team Manager
Is this role for you?
10. You will need a professional Social Work Degree or an equivalent qualification
11. You will have significant post-qualifying experience as a social worker with experience handling a complex workload
12. You will need to be registered with SWE
