The responsibility .
1. Lead a large and diverse team of sales advisors, beauty experts, brand managers and team leader in a fast paced environment
2. Lead the Beauty & Accessories team to deliver KPIs and sales targets on a day to day basis
3. Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in beauty
4. Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for meeting your own sales results and KPIs
5. Passionate about the beauty industry and beauty trends
6. Self-driven to develop and maintain your own product knowledge of all beauty products using brand and store product information, education materials and attending training as required
7. Pro-actively engage with clients to develop customer loyalty
8. Own the planning and delivery of in-store events in conjunction with the store and brands
9. Maintain high standards of visual presentation in stores by making sure drawers and counter displays are kept clean and tidy
10. Support with stock counts and other operational duties
11. Lead by example to support and coach the Beauty Ambassadors
12. Support the store management team
13. Develop strong relationships with brand representatives

Qualifications
15. Experience working with large teams in a fast paced environment
16. Experience managing a beauty department ideal
17. Luxury Beauty experience is essential
18. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
19. Proven background in a retail management role
20. An interest in Luxury Fashion and Beauty brands
21. Whilst a qualification in make-up artistry or a demonstrated beauty retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are passionate about the industry with extensive experience within luxury or trend-based retail.
22. Able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
23. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
