About the Role As a Bank Support Practitioner, your responsibilities may include: Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities, from attending social events to leisure activities like cinema, swimming, and day centres. Medical Support - Assisting with medication administration and monitoring. Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing through assistance with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments. Practical Support - Helping individuals maintain their tenancy through daily household tasks like cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping, and budgeting. What's in It for You?
