Repairs Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Our client is looking to recruit a Repairs Coordinator to join their team. We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with experience of liaising, arranging and dispatching Engineers as required.
The successful candidate for this role will be happy to work on a rota that includes early mornings and evenings.
Responsibilities:
1. Take phone calls from customer sites for repair and maintenance work.
2. Update the status of all jobs either on the company systems or client systems.
3. Retrieve and fill all plot files.
4. Generate all customer service fitters paperwork.
5. Deal with all customer enquiries.
6. Perform general administration duties.
