Main responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, providing strong leadership and direction to the team.
* Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursery staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
* Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including OFSTED standards and health and safety regulations.
