We're looking for a Cash Management Scheduler to play a vital role in keeping our ATM network running smoothly. What You'll Do As a Cash Management Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our operations, planning and coordinating daily delivery runs and ensuring our ATMs are replenished efficiently and on time. Your ability to think logically, adapt quickly, and manage complex schedules will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service. Your key responsibilities will include: Scheduling runs for all depots, ensuring timely ATM replenishments across the NoteMachine network. Creating efficient depot schedules that balance logistical and geographic considerations. Monitoring ATM levels and ensuring replenishments happen as planned. Supporting the Cash Management team in meeting business targets - reducing cash-outs, preventing failed deliveries, and optimising utilisation. Assisting with daily order forecasts to maintain steady stock flow. Managing residual and returned stock to ensure levels remain balanced. Tracking delivery progress throughout the day and adjusting schedules to meet emerging needs. Ensuring compliance with driver working hours regulations by carefully monitoring and adjusting schedules. What We're Looking For We want someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings a strategic mindset to every task. The ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of UK geography. A logical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Solid IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Experience in scheduling logistics routes in the UK (preferred but not essential). Familiarity with NoteMachine ATM operations (preferred but not essential)).
