We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
* Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
* Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
* Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Assist with basic office management tasks as needed.
* Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and telephones.
* A friendly disposition with a professional appearance is essential.
