We are recruiting to the post of Deputy Team Manager (DTM) in the Assessment Team. This is a fixed term post to cover maternity leave.
In your post as DTM, you will assist the Team Manager to supervise and support a team of 6 social workers. You will hold a small caseload of approximately 8-10 children and undertake management tasks which include overseeing performance management, quality assurance, giving advice and guidance, safety planning and decision making, chairing meetings, and supervision.
