Role Overview:As an Audio Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless sound delivery for a variety of corporate events and conferences. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining professional audio equipment while ensuring exceptional audio quality throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering and setting up audio equipment for each venue.
* Operating sound desks during events.
* Collaborating with permanent technicians and freelancers.
* QLab programming.
* Performing warehouse preparation and equipment maintenance as required.
* Traveling regularly, with overnight stays as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Audio Engineer or AV Technician – ideally within corporate events.
* Hands-on experience with professional audio equipment, including brands such as D&B, L-Acoustics and Yamaha .
* Proficiency in QLab programming.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
* Flexibility to work weekends and travel where required.
