Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
2. Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes meet food safety and sanitation standards.
3. Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
6. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes.
7. Maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
8. Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
9. Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
4. Proven track record in managing financial aspects of a restaurant operation.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Culinary or hospitality degree is preferred but not required.
