A rewarding opportunity has opened up for a forward-thinking professional to champion high standards across residential, nursing, and community-based care settings. This dynamic role is central to delivering a robust dementia care strategy. You'll be responsible for designing and embedding effective training programmes, developed in collaboration with external partners. The goal: to ensure individuals living with dementia receive the highest standard of care, and that staff are well-equipped with the skills and confidence to make a real difference. As a clinical leader, you'll work closely with care teams in our specialist units-mentoring, assessing, and guiding practice, particularly in complex care scenarios.
