Job Description
* Strategising, planning, and executing marketing campaigns in line with the company's business strategy.
* Collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.
* Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and implementing necessary improvements.
* Coordinating with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
* Managing the marketing budget and ensuring a high return on investment.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Providing regular reports to senior management on campaign performance.
* Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Campaigns Manager should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns in the retail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in using marketing software and digital platforms.
* Comfortable travelling to Telford 4 days a week
