Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Orthotics Admin Office Supervisor in the Orthotics Department at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for providing supervisor support to the Orthotics Admin team as well as administrative and clerical support to a busy team of Orthotists. The post-holder will ensure that all service users have a positive experience of the services we provide. We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic and well organised person to join our busy team. You must have strong interpersonal and IT skills. The successful candidate will be based within a small team, providing support for each other and ensuring continuation of service at all times. Multi-tasking and prioritisation is a key feature of the post. Experience of supervising/managing staff, as well as conducting appraisal and working flexibly to cover for absent members of staff is a must.
