Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Transitions and Learning Disabilities Team Location: Islington Rate: £36.00 An exciting job role has recently become available in Islington. We are looking for a new member for their Transitions and Learning Disabilities Team. What will your responsibilities be? As a Senior Practitioner in the Transitions and Progression to Adulthood team, you will hold a small caseload of complex cases and supervise around four social workers. You must have three years of post-qualification experience and ideally experience in a senior role already.
