Technical Sales Professional Midlands & South of EnglandLeicester£40,000 - £45,000 Per AnnumWe are currently looking for a Technical Sales Professional for our well-established, reputable client.We are looking for an effective, sales-driven person to join a sales team covering the Midlands and South of England. Ideally you will be located in Midlands or West Midlands.The role will involve selling of specialist products across a wide variety or market sectors. The role is technical and industrial sales, so some experience of sales within these areas is required.Working closely with the sales managers you will support an existing client base while growing sales in your region and be part of a successful UK team collectively to grow the UK business.You will be educating key influencers about the functions and benefits of the products and why they are critical to their future design success.We are looking for someone with experience of sales of technical products.Duties:Selling of product to clients with your region and across varying sectors.Maintaining existing relationships and ensuring continued sales and support.Attending meetings face-to-face and through re mote applications.Providing education on products and their benefits.Working closely with a coordinating activity with the UK sales team.Required Attributes:Sales experience within technical and/or industrial fieldsProven record of success within technical sales and specific driven salesAble to generate new business and network effectivelyAble to consistently achieve agreed sales targetsEducated to degree level or similar levelAble to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clientsBe able to communicate at all levels effectivelyAble to travel across a territory and be able to stay overnight as required for meetings, exhibitions, networking events & conferencesExcellent organization and time-management skillsExcellent presentation skillsAble to prepare sales reports, forecasting and budgeting reportsProject management & delivery skillsBenefits:Competitive SalaryMileage Allowance4% Contributory Pension SchemeMobile phone & LaptopHybrid working mainly working from home with requirement to go to clients and to the head office for sales meetingsFollowing completions of year 1 there is the opportunity for a salary increase if targets have been met and you become eligible for performance related bonusIf you feel this role is for you, please email or call 0116 2334404 for further information.TPBN1_UKTJ
