We are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader for our client based in the heart of Nottingham. Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated team leader to support their growing customer service function. This team is to support on their Scandinavian clients, so fluency in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian will be essential to be considered for this position.
In return you will be met with a Salary of up to c£40,000, flexible hybrid working patterns and future development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of customer service advisors within the Scandinavian teams.
* Actively develop good working relationships with key account contacts to ensure positive ongoing partnerships.
* Compile, collate and review a wide range of reports and feedback on a regular basis and use this information as the basis for strategic review.
* Handle any escalated complaints regarding deliveries and orders.
* Motivate a team to achieve great success.
* Be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience managing a team within a customer service environment essential.
* Fluency in either Norwegian, Swedish or Danish essential.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
* Profound knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and SAP essential.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
