The Role
Are you a Commercial Account Executive with experience? Are you passionate about providing an industry service to a wide range of commercial clients from property & liability through to motor trade & motor fleet? We have an exciting new role here at NFU Mutual in Sturminster Newton.

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual who is target-driven, self-sufficient, and able to source business leads from the local area.
Your responsibilities
1. Build long-standing relationships with new clients.
2. Utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business.
3. Use relationship-building skills to grow and retain a profitable book of business.
4. Enhance your networking skills to develop a sustainable pipeline of new business covering a wide range of commercial insurance products.
5. Demonstrate your self-motivated and hardworking nature to meet targets.
6. Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the sales process.
7. Use your excellent communication and client handling abilities to ensure an outstanding client experience at all times.
The skills and experience needed to ensure success?
1. Previous experience in a sales role, ideally face-to-face, with a proven track record.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst displaying flexibility and adaptability.
4. Always acts with due care, skill, and diligence.
5. Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
