In this role Fulfilment Colleague (Support), you will support the fulfilment of client orders, ensuring that all products including and exclusive to Local Authority, Drainage and Water, Environmental requested by our business customers are accurate and delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).As part of our comprehensive service, we offer a range of legal indemnity policies. As a Fulfilment Colleague, you will collaborate closely with clients and underwriters to recommend suitable legal indemnity cover tailored to the specific needs of each case. Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
Our customers work to strict timescales to facilitate the house buying process and it is important that all colleagues impart the same level of importance to the products we deliver back to the customer. We work in a business-to-business environment.
The Fulfilment Colleague will have close relationships with their fellow team and the Team Lead. They will work closely with in-house teams to pro-actively ensure that accurate information is provided efficiently. They will actively support the team lead as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Place orders for data products using various sources, including online platforms and telephone requests.
* All activities required to supply title insurance to Dye & Durham clients.
* Manage order progression using in-house technology to ensure timely fulfilment for customers.
* Review and resubmit any system-rejected orders.
* Handle data provider enquiries via system, email, and telephone, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Respond to general queries and provide effective support.
* Monitor and follow up on overdue orders, ensuring timely completion.
* Process credits and additional charges, ensuring correct client invoicing.
* Manage order cancellations and expedite requests.
* Manually input order details when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes.
