We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in ACE’s sales evolution, combining inbound lead generation with account management to maximise new business opportunities and enhance customer retention.
You will work closely with marketing to convert leads generated via HubSpot and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive upselling, cross-selling, and referrals. This role requires strong consultative sales skills, CRM expertise, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
* Manage and engage with inbound leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead qualification.
* Understand prospects’ needs and align product/service offerings with their business goals.
* Nurture leads through personalised email sequences, calls, and follow-ups.
* Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and drive them through the sales funnel to closure.
* Collaborate with marketing to refine lead quality and optimise campaign effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and regularly update the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement with our products/services.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
* Monitor client engagement using HubSpot and proactively reach out with value-driven solutions.
* Handle client feedback, liaise with internal teams to address concerns, and enhance customer experience.
* Work closely with marketing to drive referral opportunities through satisfied clients.
* Provide a consultative approach to client interactions, ensuring each customer receives tailored solutions and a high standard of service that reflects ACE’s values.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record in sales, with 2+ years of experience in inbound or inside sales roles.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and other sales automation tools.
* Strong understanding of inbound sales methodology.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Experience in providing solutions to customer needs preferred but not required, with a strong focus on problem-solving and value-driven sales.
