Our client is looking to recruit several Foreign Exchange Support assistant to join our team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career. Duties: Always providing exceptional customer service Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat Review and process currency orders Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development Adhering to company policies and procedures To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria To conform with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety To treat all employees, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect What competencies we are looking for? Good accuracy and numerical skills Excellent administration and organisational skills Effective communication service and customer service experience Competent IT skills Team Player Problem Solving What experience we are looking for? Experience of working in a similar type of service role Previous customer service experience Proven track record of dealing with people Shifts and pay: Mon - Fri 09:15am to 17:30pm Saturdays 09:15am to 17:00pm Sundays 09:15am to 16:00pm Weekend working is on a on a rota basis. £20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience All training provided To Apply, send an up-to-date CV .
