You will ensure education and clinical skills are delivered in line with key priorities and objectives within neonates for staff to deliver safe and excellent patient care. In collaboration with multidisciplinary team, you will be required to develop and maintain an evidence- based service for education and supporting technology-based education resources. You will coordinate and provide induction training for all new staff working on the Neonatal unit and assist in supporting and evaluation of learning contracts and objectives for staff, working in conjunction with the Lead Neonatal Clinical Educator to support all staff within their role.
