Marketing Executive
Location: High Ercall
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (30 minutes for lunch, unpaid) — 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive with at least two years of experience to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual skilled in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics, looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Website Management: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and continuously monitor site performance to enhance organic reach and ranking.
2. Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads, to increase lead generation and conversions.
3. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
4. Creative Suite Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support the creation of high-quality visuals for online and offline marketing materials.
5. General Marketing Support: Assist in executing various marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities to support broader marketing initiatives.
6. Content Creation & PR: Collaborate with the team to produce compelling content for blog posts, press releases, email marketing, social media, and more, aligning with brand messaging and marketing goals.
What We Need from You:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in SEO & digital advertising.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
3. Creative Abilities: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation is preferred.
4. PR and Communication Skills: Strong writing and communication skills for press releases, blog posts, and campaign materials.
5. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
6. Team Player: Collaborative and eager to work with cross-functional teams, contributing to team goals and marketing strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google Ads is a plus.
3. Experience with additional digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is a bonus.
