As the Food & Beverage Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of corporate and private functions and events at the venue, which is renowned for hosting weddings due to its location. The primary responsibility of the Food & Beverage Duty Manager will be to ensure that each guest experiences an exceptional level of service, consistently maintaining the highest standards. As a key member of the team the Food & Beverage Duty Manager will serve as the 'go-to' person for support, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. About you: Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of delivering 5-star service to a discerning clientele. A proven track working as a Duty Manager, gained in hotels, events focused venues or event companies is essential for success in this role. Display a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing the guest experience. Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to daily operations, leading by example to inspire your team.
