CFO Recruiter Supporting UK Private Equity and Venture Investors
We’re working with a high-growth industrial business services group to find their first CFO. This is a true disruptor and the fastest-growing company in Europe within its space.
Having secured game-changing investment from a leading mid-market investor, this group is set for 3x growth over the anticipated investment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with the main board and investors to develop and execute group financial, commercial, and operational strategies.
* Create a best-in-class finance function, with an emphasis on accurate reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management.
* Maximise value via robust commercial analytics; pricing management; and margin improvement strategies.
* Act as an agent for positive change, promoting efficiency, consistency, and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experienced PE FD/CFO who has seen at least one high growth scenario.
* Experience within complex, blue-collar business services – facilities, engineering, manufacturing (rather than legal, tech etc).
* Experience within a contracts-based value operating model.
* Track record of delivering value via strategic and commercial initiatives.
* Hands-on business partner, providing high-quality decision support data.
* Experience of international expansion.
This role is Midlands-based, and we anticipate 3 days a week on site.
Salary: £175,000 - £200,000 plus bonus and equity.
