We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated C&I Engineer to join our dynamic team at Delkia.
Overview of the role
Delkia Ltd are looking to recruit a Principal Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer. Successful candidates will be a competent and proven Principal C&I Engineer, capable of expertise across the engineering lifecycle of complex systems in highly regulated sectors, delivering technical solutions to complex systems. The candidate is required to check and approve designs, supporting calculations and technical documents (inc. Plans) with minimal supervision. They will have the ability to translate a client's requirements into meaningful engineering and technical solutions. Strong communication skills are required to regularly engage with clients and participate in Design Reviews as the project develops.
Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites:
* Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline or relevant experience
* Hold professional registration with an approved body at the level of Chartered Engineer
* Must be able to obtain or hold suitable security clearance and be a sole British National
* Conversant with the Office 365 suite of software
* A detailed knowledge of Def-Stan 08-123 and Def-Stan 00-035
